Business Coaching
Supporting you in developing your individual strengths and competencies.
Would you like to…
- develop your individual leadership skills,
- strengthen your professional standing,
- fulfil your personal goals,
- communicate in an engaging and solution-focused way,
- be more confident and authentic,
- increase your resilience,
- actively shape change processes or
- plan and realize your professional journey?
Particularly in our increasingly hectic, professional lives, it can be crucial to take time out, reflect and re-adjust every now and then and consider our various roles and responsibilities to explore different perspectives and solutions.
“Mrs Vitzthum helped me to look at my ‘known’ issues with my staff through new perspectives. Her coaching approach is methodologically sound, her communication style is authentic and engaging. She not only guides you to find your own way but encourages you to develop an entire map of new perspectives and solutions.”
Business coaching is oriented towards your individual challenges and intentions, considering your personal environment and available resources. Exploring your values can form part of the process, as can, for example, self-marketing tools or elements of stress management.
The aim is to develop or deepen your knowledge, competencies and insights and equip you with the tools and instruments that contribute to your sustainable, long-term success and a fulfilling career.
As a working parent or carer, would you like to…
- confidently navigate the emotional and practical challenges of becoming and being a parent,
- develop an awareness of your expectations and position yourself professionally and privately in a way that allows you to meet these expectations,
- develop a balanced approach to your changing self-image, new parent identity, any feelings of guilt, your professional reputation and career development,
- know and use your resources,
- clearly communicate personal boundaries and goals – even in difficult situations and
- act instead of react?
How can you manage the challenges of becoming a parent in the best possible way, with empathy, authority and the necessary portion of humour and lightness, and combine your parental identity with who you are today?
“Yes, more and more companies have a family-friendly corporate culture and corresponding benefits. But I observe many colleagues, especially women, who shy away from making use of them. And I believe that Parental Coaching can support mothers in developing individual perspectives: how would I like to approach the situation, where are my priorities, what do I consciously give up, what do I definitely not want to give up, how do I shape my family life and how do I use the resources and opportunities available to me to successfully implement what I envision for my family and professional life.”
Parental Transition Coaching enables parents to keep their professional trajectory in mind while addressing needs in their personal lives. By involving the manager in the coaching process, a transfer of coaching insights into the organisational system can be ensured.
The aim is to provide parents with the insights, tools and strategies to embrace their new roles, address any conflicts that may arise, and stay connected with their professional identity. Overall, Parental Transition Coaching promotes a positive and supportive workplace culture that values and respects the needs and contributions of working parents.

Personal Development
Even though personal development is part of every coaching, this coaching is about your personal topics, competencies, perspectives and resilience.
Would you like to…
- learn more about yourself and your patterns of thinking,
- increase your self-acceptance,
- break through old behavioural patterns,
- be more authentic,
- strengthen your self-confidence,
- take responsibility for your life,
- realise your potential or
- live a healthier and more mindful life?
“The coaching gave me the opportunity to get to know myself better and to understand what triggered my self-doubt. With empathy and clarity, Christine held up a mirror to me. It was amazing how quickly I was ‘back on top’ and can now dedicate myself to tasks and challenges with much more self-confidence. Thank you.”
Coaching for personal development mainly addresses internal change processes and is more or less part of every coaching process. The focus is mostly on dealing with your personal drivers, beliefs, competencies and stressors. This kind of self-reflection is often challenging and rewarding at the same time.
The aim is to develop or deepen the necessary insights, skills and competencies and equip you with the tools and methods so you confidently navigate life’s challenges and opportunities and increase your problem-solving capacities so you can lead a more satisfied and self-determined life.

The foundation of my coaching work…
…is an integrative, systemic approach, enriched with elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, transactional analysis, or adult learning theories and mindfulness exercises.
Coaching is a collaborative and creative process. As your coach, my job is to support you on your growth journey so you develop your own strategies and solutions to achieving your goals.
Every coaching session takes place on an equal footing: we stand shoulder to shoulder to explore your values or goals, reflect or identify and implement plans of action. The coaching is based on your goals and the actions you choose to take.
I’m excited to join you on this journey.
