Career

I am committed to and excited about life-long learning. In 2023, I completed my Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring at Oxford Brookes University, with research focusing on how coaching can drive gender diversity in organisations. My academic journey began with a degree in International Business Management in 2000, followed by an M.A. in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University in 2016, which I completed with distinction. My study exploring the benefits of Parental Transition Coaching was awarded with the APECS (Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision) prize for the best paper in Executive Coaching.

My professional career started at Procter & Gamble in Newcastle, England, in 2002, where I held various financial positions, successfully consolidating finance departments across Europe. In 2006, I joined SimonsVoss Technologies AG in Munich where I worked as financial manager responsible for the global subsidiaries. Having led numerous projects and international teams, I gained invaluable experience as a woman and mother in the corporate world, which ultimately led me to my passion for coaching, my interest in Parental Transition Coaching, female leadership and gender diversity.

As a full-time executive coach, I support individuals from diverse backgrounds, including large corporations, NGOs and start-ups, in achieving their personal and professional goals. In order to ensure the consistency and quality of my work, I engage in regular peer and professional supervision and continued professional development. As an accredited Master Practitioner of the EMCC (the highest accreditation level of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council), I strive to deliver the highest quality coaching services to my coachees.

Aside from my professional pursuits, I am a proud mother of two wonderful children and am happily married. After years of living abroad, my family and I now live in a multi-generational house near Munich. I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had and committed to giving back. As part of this commitment, I offer pro-bono coaching services for various projects and individuals, who may not have access to coaching otherwise.
